General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from the USA. We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Times

In-House Products (Split Ridge Pressed & Packaged):
These items are decorated, QC’d, and shipped directly from our Tetonia, Idaho shop.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen by customer at checkout)

Print-on-Demand Products (POD):
Certain apparel and accessory items are produced on demand by our POD partner.

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days
  • Ships directly from U.S. production facilities

3PL Fulfillment (Fulfillrite):

  • Select products may be stored and shipped via Fulfillrite to speed up delivery.
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. Customers can choose their preferred shipping option from available carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-house items and POD items, you may receive multiple packages. Each will have its own tracking number.

Delays

While we work hard to meet stated timelines, shipping times may be impacted by carrier delays, supply chain interruptions, or seasonal demand. We’ll notify you if we anticipate a significant delay.
