General Policy

At Split Ridge Outfitters™, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Because our gear is made in small batches — either in-house or through trusted partners — all sales are considered final unless there is a defect or error on our end.

We don’t process returns for issues like size preference or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Exchanges

  • In-House Products (pressed in Tetonia, Idaho):
    Exchanges may be approved if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
  • Print-on-Demand Products (POD):
    These items are produced specifically for your order. Exchanges are only approved if the product arrives defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

👉 If you need an exchange, email us at info@splitridgeoutfitters.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept returns/exchanges for products damaged by normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace or exchange a defective or incorrect item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
  • We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you if the exchange is approved.
