Raised around Colorado’s high country—Grand Junction, Gunnison, and beyond—Baylee grew up pushing limits on dirt bikes, racing in the men’s Enduro class, and carving her way through some of the West’s most demanding terrain. Winters were spent snowmobiling deep backcountry zones around Crested Butte, Steamboat, and Breckenridge, and snowboarding lines that demanded commitment, confidence, and control. Every mile, every season, sharpened the mindset she carries today.
